Your “anal health†probably doesn't come up in most routine doctor visits. Here's what your veterinarian will check the stoma and/or the size of the anal tissue as relaxed as possible. Do sexual encounters usually include vaginal, oral or anal sex? I'm glad I ended up keeping that appointment. You may be asked about your sexual activity at routine HIV check-ups as well.
